Regional Sales Manager

EAM-Mosca Corp., a leading innovator in end of line packaging automation, seeks a highly motivated Regional Sales Manager to drive business growth in the Mid-Atlantic region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing existing accounts and developing new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
Meet and exceed sales targets in the assigned territory
Maintain and grow business relationships with current accounts
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver maximum customer satisfaction
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
3-5+ years of direct sales experience in industrial automation equipment
Proven track record of sales success in a complex geographic territory
Strong consultative selling skills and ability to establish new business relationships
Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced user experience in Salesforce CRM
Familiarity with the latest trends and technologies in sales
Experience in sales with end-of-line packaging equipment and related consumables
