Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

CHI Overhead Doors is seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in Region #27, covering Northern Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland, and Delaware.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and expansion in existing and new markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and industry partners.
  • Conduct market analysis and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with operations to ensure seamless sales and customer service.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, adapting sales strategies accordingly.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales and/or management.
  • Five years of experience in sales and/or management, preferably in the garage door or building products industry.
  • Strong analytical and computer skills, with experience in sales software and tools.
  • Ability to travel 70-80% of the time, with occasional overnight stays.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
