Remote Regional Sales Manager/Business Development Opportunity

A family-owned and operated steel fabricator with a strong presence in the Eastern United States is seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to serve as their Regional Sales Manager for the North East region.

The ideal candidate will be located in New York, New Jersey, or Pennsylvania and possess a deep understanding of the steel industry, with established relationships among fabricators, erectors, and general contractors.

This is a remote position, allowing the successful candidate to work from the comfort of their own home, as long as they reside in the NY/NJ/PA region.

Sales Requirements and Responsibilities:

  • Expertise in pricing structural steel work
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with major national and regional contractors and erection subcontractors
  • Negotiate scopes and contracts with clients

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred)
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales and estimating for a structural steel fabricator
