Job Title: Regional Business Manager

Johnsonville is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Business Manager to join our sales team in the Southeast Region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the sales efforts in the region, developing and executing strategies to drive business growth, and building strong relationships with key customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth in the Southeast Region
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including Food Lion and Publix
  • Manage and develop a team of sales professionals to achieve sales goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing and promotional plans
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in the retail grocery industry, with a focus on sales and business development
  • Proven track record of success in driving business growth and building strong relationships with key customers
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of sales professionals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze sales data and identify trends and opportunities for growth
