Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Lead Developer to join our team at Reserve Squad. As a Sales Lead Developer, you will play a critical role in building a pipeline of leads to meet business plans, quotas, and company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Research and Development: Conduct thorough research to identify and track potential leads, maintaining and updating our lead generation database.
  • Business Development: Develop new business opportunities through outgoing calls, direct email marketing, and other sales strategies.
  • Prospect Qualification: Contact prospects to qualify leads and provide accurate and timely information to management.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update our lead generation database, ensuring it remains accurate and up-to-date.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a strong knowledge of our company's products and services to facilitate the sales process.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Cold Calling Experience: Have experience with cold calling and research and maintaining databases.
  • Technical Skills: Be proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, and have experience using CRM software.
  • Project Management: Possess strong project and time management skills.

Working Hours and Location:

This is a part-time remote position, requiring 20 hours of work per week. To be eligible for this role, you must live in and be eligible to work in the USA.
