The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in driving revenue by acquiring new Pacaso owners. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Prospect Generation & Pipeline Management: Utilize sales tools like a CRM to identify and qualify potential buyers nationwide and power dialer to accelerate connections.
  • Cold Calling: Implement a strategic outbound calling strategy, incorporating cold calling to exceed 80 cold calls per day in our fast-paced tech startup environment.
  • Lead Nurturing: Cultivate leads through consistent follow-up and nurture them through the sales funnel.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Manage a robust sales pipeline, balancing new lead acquisition with existing lead nurturing efforts.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Business Development Experience: 2+ years of experience in business development with a proven ability to build relationships and generate leads in a consumer-facing environment.
  • Sales Performance: Track record of over-achieving sales targets.
  • CRM Experience: Experience working with or similar CRM systems.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communicator with internal and external awareness.
  • Time Management: Ability to prioritize and be organized with time management.
  • Adaptability: Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a virtual environment.
