Sales Development Representative

As a key member of our team at Monster Beverage Corp, you will play a critical role in training Bottler Sales Representatives on product knowledge, sales methodologies, and marketing and sales promotions.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills
- Collaborate with Bottler Sales Representatives to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for growth
- Conduct partnership ride along's in retail outlets to provide hands-on training and coaching
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
- Proven experience in sales training and development
- Strong knowledge of the beverage industry and sales methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
