Job Description

As a key member of our team at Monster Beverage Corp, you will play a critical role in training and developing our Bottler Sales Representatives. Your expertise in product knowledge, sales methodologies, and marketing and sales promotions will be instrumental in influencing bottler actions at multiple levels of their organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills of Bottler Sales Representatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement sales promotions and marketing initiatives
  • Conduct partnership ride-alongs in retail outlets to provide hands-on training and coaching
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to Bottler Sales Representatives to ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales training and development
  • Strong knowledge of the beverage industry and sales methodologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
