Position: Dining Services Associate

Your Role.

Your Responsibilities.

As a Dining Services Associate, your duties will include:

  • Distributing menus and delivering/picking up patient meal trays.
  • Communicating the Room Service procedures to patients.
  • Collaborating with the diet office regarding patient meal selections.
  • Accurately assembling patient food trays, ensuring correct portioning and menu item placement.
  • Inspecting food items for quality prior to serving.
  • Managing inventory for the kitchen and ensuring proper storage.
  • Reporting any equipment issues to the supervisor.
  • Adhering to safety protocols, including equipment safety and proper chemical usage.
  • Recording temperatures as necessary.

Your Qualifications.

  • Previous experience in food service and customer service.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • HACCP training to be completed post-hire.
