- Welcome Guests: Greet patrons with a smile and provide helpful assistance as they enter the venue.
- Manage Ticketing: Scan event tickets to ensure that guests have the correct ticket for entry.
- Assist Guests: Help guests locate their seats, restrooms, concessions, and other amenities.
- Monitor the Venue: Be alert to potential hazards and report incidents to your supervisor.
- Enforce Policies: Ensure that all building policies and procedures are followed to maintain a safe environment for guests.
- Manage Crowds: Help manage the flow of large crowds and ensure that guests are able to move safely through the venue.
- Verify Age Requirements: Check identification to verify age requirements for the purchase of alcohol.
- Ensure Safety: Be knowledgeable about emergency evacuation procedures and assist guests in case of an emergency.
- Experience: Previous experience in a hospitality or entertainment environment is preferred.
- Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with a positive attitude.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods of time and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
- Schedule: Flexible schedule with evening and weekend availability, and some daytime availability preferred.
