Position Overview:
The role involves executing daily kitchen operations in alignment with established policies and objectives to guarantee guest satisfaction, profitability, and a constructive, compliant work atmosphere. The individual will be accountable for kitchen responsibilities as delegated by the Chef and supervisory staff, assisting in the preparation of all culinary offerings.

This is a part-time role requiring flexibility to work during evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in all aspects of food preparation, including setup and breakdown tasks.
2. Accurately measure, mix, and cook ingredients following recipes and quality benchmarks.
3. Operate various kitchen equipment to prepare and serve food while adhering to food safety and sanitation protocols.
4. Maintain cleanliness and inspect equipment or work areas, notifying the Executive Chef, Sous Chef, or Supervisors of any necessary maintenance or repairs.
5. Develop menus that meet client specifications and uphold the quality standards of the organization.
6. Monitor events, materials, and surroundings to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and company expectations.
7. Set up and dismantle concession locations as directed by the Executive Chef, Sous Chef, and Kitchen Supervisors.
8. Provide detailed explanations to customers regarding all concession items served in their designated area.
9. Estimate sizes, quantities, time, cost, or materials required for tasks.
10. Collaborate with the Executive Chef, Sous Chef, or Supervisors to ensure efficiency and success for all events hosted at the venue.
11. Foster an organized, positive, and welcoming environment for all constituents of the organization.

Qualifications:
1. Exceptional customer service, planning, and organizational capabilities.
2. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
3. Ability to effectively follow detailed written instructions for kitchen production.
4. Familiarity with basic cooking techniques and knife skills.
5. Capacity to manage multiple events with competing deadlines.
6. Quick and effective response to the needs of customers utilizing the venue for their events.
7. Flexible work style and attitude, demonstrating a willingness to collaborate within a fast-paced team.
8. Ability to work independently in ambiguous situations with minimal guidance.
9. Proficient in utilizing available resources to assist event attendees appropriately.
10. Commitment to ensuring all job details are executed accurately.

Physical Requirements:
1. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
2. Capability to lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects weighing at least 50 lbs.
