We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team in Sunnyvale, CA. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and be proficient in Microsoft Office and other standard office equipment. Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $70,000 per year.
Job Description
- Manage visitor arrivals and departures.
- Respond to phone calls and direct them to the correct person or department.
- Coordinate and process mail and packages.
- Provide administrative support to various departments.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other standard office equipment.
- Able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
