About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Client Services Manager to join our team at Home Instead. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional client care and leading a team of professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

The Senior Client Services Manager will be responsible for ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service and care. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining positive relationships with clients, their families, and our CAREGivers.
  • Conducting regular quality assurance visits to ensure that our services meet the highest standards.
  • Leading a team of CAREGivers to provide personalized care and support to our clients.
  • Counseling CAREGivers on quality assurance concerns and providing feedback and coaching as needed.
  • Maintaining accurate records of client and CAREGiver interactions and activities.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Experience in a senior care setting, preferably with Home Instead or a similar organization.
  • A proven track record of leadership and management, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.

Work Environment:

This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week. The office hours are 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday. You may be required to work evenings or weekends, but this will be discussed and agreed upon in advance.
