Job Description
Pop-Up Talent is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office functions, supporting staff, and maintaining a productive work environment.

About the Job
This is a full-time onsite position in Sunnyvale, CA. To be considered for this position, applicants must have the ability to work in the US without need for current or future visa sponsorship. Additionally, Mandatory reference and background checks will be coordinated as a part of the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities
You will oversee the overall maintenance and operations of the office, ensuring a clean, organized, and efficient work environment. You will manage relationships with vendors and service providers, asset and inventory management, procurement of office purchases, and manage office budget related to supplies, services, and facility upgrades. You will also serve as the first point of contact for office-related inquiries and requests, manage and track office equipment, inventory and supplies, ordering as needed, and assist with onboarding new employees by setting up equipment and providing necessary training.

Benefits
The estimated salary for this position is $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. This compensation package includes both health benefits and a retirement plan.
