This role offers a competitive salary of $55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the front desk, including meeting and greeting customers, visitors, employment applicants, and vendors.
  • Provide back-up administrative assistant office supports, such as processing expense reports, invoices, calendaring, scheduling meetings, correspondence drafting, answering phones, photocopying, recordkeeping, and updating phone lists.
  • Track and maintain office and break room supplies and order as necessary.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree with 2 years of related experience, strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills, the ability to multitask, and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
