Job Description

This full-time position offers a competitive salary package and benefits. The successful candidate will have at least 3+ years of professional experience in office management or facilities management.

  • The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage relationships with vendors and service providers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilities Management: Oversee the maintenance and operations of the office, ensuring a clean and efficient work environment.
  • Office Operations: Manage office budget, procure supplies, services, and facility upgrades, and serve as the first point of contact for office-related inquiries and requests.

Event Coordination:

  • Plan and execute internal and external company events, including team meetings, networking events, and special office functions.

Safety & Field Management:

  • Support Safety initiatives, monitor daily logs, conduct safety meetings, and manage company fleet.

We offer a salary of approximately $90,000 per year, depending on experience. This is a full-time onsite position in Sunnyvale, CA. To be considered, applicants must have the ability to work in the US without need for current or future visa sponsorship.
