Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Office Assistant to join our team at Hometown America Management.

This role will play a vital part in creating a welcoming environment for customers and residents, while also supporting the operations of our community.

About the Role

As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to residents;
  • Managing administrative tasks, including rent collection and expense control;
  • Developing positive relationships with residents to foster a strong sense of community;
  • Collaborating with the community manager to achieve financial goals;
  • Performing duties related to home sales and leasing.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Prior customer service experience, with property management experience a plus;
  • Proficiency in computer software programs, including Microsoft Office products and web-based applications;
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills;
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
