Tadera is seeking a seasoned Account Executive to drive sales growth in the public sector software space. As a key member of our team, you will leverage your expertise to develop and execute sales strategies, build strong relationships with clients, and identify new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and qualify new business opportunities, utilizing CRM tools to track and manage leads.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to clients and prospects, highlighting the value of Tadera's solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities, and to develop and execute sales strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their goals.
- Meet or exceed sales targets, while maintaining a deep understanding of the public sector software market and Tadera's offerings.
- Minimum 5 years of SaaS software sales experience in the public sector software space.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of the aviation industry and its challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with minimal oversight and a high level of autonomy.
