Job Title:
Account Executive

Job Summary:
Tadera is seeking a seasoned Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for advancing our aviation system product lines to airports and other related transportation accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and follow through using CRM as the primary canvas.
• Qualify and discover prospects through a consultative approach, understanding the intersection between their needs and our offerings.
• Present strong and compelling sales presentations to prospective and current clients.
• Deliver pricing proposals, white papers, case studies, and other deliverables.
• Close contracts with assigned prospects and clients.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and quotas.
• Coordinate sales efforts with marketing for focused initiatives and deliverables.
• Travel to conferences and events, and visit prospects.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of SaaS software sales experience in the public sector software space.
• A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, aviation, or a related field.
• Airport, transportation, or critical infrastructure industry experience is highly desired.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with customers and suppliers.
• Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced, self-directed environment with minimal oversight.
