Financial Services Manager

We are seeking a dedicated Finance Manager to be part of our growing team at Diehl Toyota of Butler, a Toyota dealership located in Butler, PA. This role offers excellent benefits and competitive pay.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist customers in arranging financing for vehicle purchases and offer additional products to enhance their ownership experience
- Expertise in structuring deals for maximum profitability
- Knowledge of title laws and registration processes
- Maintain necessary certifications and stay updated with industry standards
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
- Prepare and finalize all necessary paperwork efficiently
- Minimum of two years experience in automotive finance preferred
- Familiarity with dealership finance and insurance procedures
- Demonstrated success in product sales and finance penetration
- Established relationships with lending institutions
- Possession of PA Notary license is advantageous
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
This is a full-time position offering a range of benefits including 401(k) matching, health insurance, paid time off, and more.
Additional pay may include bonuses and commissions.
