Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Consumer Banker I to join our team at First Financial Bancorp. As a Consumer Banker I, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying their financial needs and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  • Business Development: Proactively seek out new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients and identifying ways to deepen existing relationships.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on all bank products and services, providing clients with expert advice and guidance on the best solutions for their needs.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless delivery of services and products to clients.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or equivalent work experience in sales preferred.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of client service experience in a retail environment, with a proven track record of sales and service success.
  • Skills: Strong sales skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate's degree and/or equivalent work experience in sales.
Physical Requirements
  • Lifting: Occasionally lifts and carries up to 20 lbs.
  • Standing: Frequently stands and walks.
