    • Maintain the required inventory levels and accurate stock files
    • Control store expenses and implement cost-saving measures
    • Ensure the counter is 'customer ready' from open to close of business
  • Visual Merchandising and Store Standards
    • Implement visual merchandising, new launch displays, and collateral placement as directed by the marketing team
    • Maintain excellent counter hygiene standards and store standards
  • Store and Retail Partner Relationships
    • Establish and develop a cooperative and mutually respectful relationship with the store retail operations team
    • Proactively suggest win-win opportunities to drive sales within store
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with a proven track record of driving sales and achieving financial results.
