Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Head Chef to prepare and present exceptional dishes during service, maintaining impeccable cleanliness and quality.
- Supervise and mentor kitchen staff to ensure optimal performance and efficiency in their designated areas.
- Enhance productivity and communication between the kitchen and dining staff.
- Actively engage with the local community to build strong relationships and promote the restaurant.
- Ensure comprehensive knowledge of and compliance with all relevant laws, policies, and operational procedures.
