Your Role

As a Tenant Engagement Coordinator, you will infuse a hospitality approach into the tenant experience at a landmark building, ensuring seamless and impactful programming. Your responsibilities will include managing tenant communications, overseeing fitness center memberships, scheduling conference rooms, and maintaining quality control to deliver a five-star experience.

Your Impact

In this role, you will bring daily joy to numerous individuals working in the building. You will foster deep and meaningful relationships with the management team, tenants, and external partners, creating an environment where LulaFit is a valued presence. Your contributions will enhance wellness and performance, transforming the office into a place where tenants are eager to come each day.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Support: Assist with daily operations of the fitness center and conference rooms, including tenant communication and customer service, providing thoughtful touches like fruit-infused water and snacks, and ensuring office supplies are available in all conference rooms. Provide event execution support, including setup and teardown for building-wide events.
  • Amenity Space Tours: Conduct tours of the fitness center and conference room spaces for interested tenants, effectively communicating LulaFit's offerings and private services.
  • Fitness Center Service Scheduling: Collaborate with the Fitness Manager to coordinate and schedule personal training and small group sessions, handling cancellations and rescheduling as needed. Ensure timely and professional communication with tenants before and after sessions to maintain a hospitality-focused experience.
  • Conference Room Scheduling: Support inquiries regarding conference rooms and address tenant questions about the spaces. Maintain scheduling calendars and tracking sheets, ensuring they are consistently updated with accurate information.
  • Administrative Support: Manage administrative tasks such as membership and engagement data entry, inventory tracking and ordering, and compiling tenant feedback. Assist the Tenant Experience Team with projects aimed at enhancing client engagement and member experience.
  • Building Team Collaboration: Work closely with building maintenance and operations teams to ensure the facility is well-maintained.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in a hospitality-focused or customer-facing administrative role, such as a concierge or member services representative.
  • Passion for fitness, wellness, or the sports industry is a plus.
  • Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
