Your Role

As a Tenant Engagement Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in delivering a hospitality experience to the tenants. Your responsibilities will include providing essential administrative support to ensure our programming is effective and impactful. You will manage tenant communications, fitness center memberships, conference room scheduling, and quality assurance to guarantee a top-tier experience for all tenants.

Your Impact

In this position, you will create daily joy for the individuals working in the building. You will foster deep and meaningful relationships with the management team, tenants, and external partners, ensuring that LulaFit becomes an integral part of the community. Your contributions will enhance wellness and performance, making the workplace an inviting environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Support: Assist with daily operations of the fitness center and conference rooms, ensuring tenant communication and customer service are prioritized. Provide special touches such as refreshments and maintain supplies in all meeting spaces. Support event execution, including setup and breakdown for events.
  • Amenity Space Tours: Conduct tours of the fitness center and conference room spaces for interested tenants, showcasing LulaFit's offerings and services.
  • Fitness Center Scheduling: Collaborate with the Fitness Manager to coordinate personal training and small group sessions, managing cancellations and rescheduling. Ensure timely communication with tenants to enhance their experience.
  • Conference Room Management: Handle inquiries regarding conference room availability and assist tenants with their questions. Maintain accurate scheduling calendars and tracking sheets.
  • Administrative Duties: Oversee administrative tasks such as data entry for memberships and engagement, inventory management, and tenant feedback compilation. Support the Tenant Experience Team with various projects aimed at enhancing client engagement.
  • Collaboration with Building Teams: Work closely with maintenance and operations teams to ensure the facility is well-maintained and meets tenant needs.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in a hospitality or customer-facing administrative role.
  • Passion for fitness, wellness, or the sports industry is a plus.
  • Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
