Your Mission
As a Tenant Engagement Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to infuse a hospitality essence into the experiences of tenants, ensuring that their interactions within the facility are exceptional. You will play a crucial role in providing vital administrative assistance to facilitate seamless operations and impactful programming. Your duties will encompass managing tenant communications, overseeing fitness center memberships, scheduling conference rooms, and maintaining quality standards to guarantee a premier experience for all tenants.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Support: Assist in the daily management of the fitness center and conference rooms, which includes tenant interactions and customer service. You will provide thoughtful amenities such as infused water and snacks, and ensure that office supplies are adequately stocked in all meeting spaces. Additionally, you will support event execution by managing setup and breakdown for facility-wide gatherings.
- Amenity Space Tours: Conduct informative tours of the fitness center and conference room facilities for interested tenants, effectively communicating the offerings and exclusive services available.
- Fitness Center Scheduling: Collaborate with the Fitness Manager to coordinate and schedule personal training and small group sessions within the fitness center. This includes managing cancellations and rescheduling while ensuring timely and professional communication with tenants to enhance their experience.
- Conference Room Management: Serve as a support resource for inquiries regarding conference room availability and assist tenants with their questions. Maintain up-to-date scheduling calendars and tracking documents to ensure accurate information is readily available.
- Administrative Duties: Oversee various administrative tasks such as data entry for membership and engagement, inventory management, and gathering tenant feedback. Provide support to the Tenant Experience Team on additional projects aimed at enhancing client engagement and overall member satisfaction.
- Collaboration with Building Teams: Work in conjunction with maintenance and operations teams to ensure the facility is consistently well-maintained and meets the highest standards.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing administrative role, preferably in a hospitality setting.
- A genuine interest in the fitness, wellness, or sports sectors is advantageous.
- Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office applications.
- Customer-Centric Mindset: You have a proven track record of exceeding customer expectations and possess a natural hospitality orientation.
- Highly Organized: You excel at multitasking and maintaining organization in a dynamic work environment.
