Your Role
As a Tenant Engagement Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to infuse a hospitality essence into the tenant experience at a landmark building. You will provide crucial administrative support to ensure our programs run smoothly and effectively. Your duties will include managing tenant communications, overseeing fitness center memberships, scheduling conference rooms, and maintaining quality control to guarantee a premium experience for all tenants.

You will foster deep and meaningful relationships with the management team, tenants, and external partners, ensuring that LulaFit becomes an integral part of their daily lives. Key Responsibilities
- Operational Support: Assist with daily operations of the fitness center and conference rooms, ensuring tenant communication and customer service are top-notch. Provide special touches such as our signature refreshments and ensure supplies are adequately stocked. Offer event execution support, including setup and teardown for events.
- Amenity Space Tours: Conduct tours of the fitness center and conference room facilities for interested tenants, effectively communicating LulaFit's offerings and services.
- Fitness Center Scheduling: Support the Fitness Manager by coordinating personal training and small group sessions, managing cancellations and rescheduling, and ensuring timely communication with tenants.
- Conference Room Management: Handle inquiries regarding conference room availability and maintain accurate scheduling calendars and tracking sheets.
- Administrative Duties: Manage administrative tasks such as data entry for memberships and engagement, inventory tracking, and compiling tenant feedback. Assist the Tenant Experience Team with various projects aimed at enhancing client engagement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with building maintenance and operations teams to ensure the facility is well-maintained.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in a hospitality or customer-facing administrative role.
- A passion for fitness, wellness, or the sports industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
