Summary:


We currently have openings for Sales Engineer positions seeking skilled individuals eager to engage in the vibrant engineered wood products sector.

We are recruiting for various regions, and the successful candidate will reside in the area they serve.

Sales Engineers act as the face of our sales team, grounded in integrity and enthusiasm.

As you cultivate opportunities for RedBuilt, you will forge lasting connections within the local construction community and play a crucial role throughout the entire construction cycle.


Essential Functions:
Customer-centric approach with the ability to build trust and nurture interpersonal relationships

Capability to generate demand and consistently position RedBuilt as the supplier of choice

Collaborating with architects and engineers to specify efficient structural framing systems

Addressing challenges with the design and construction sectors

Negotiating and finalizing project-specific framing solutions

Ability to interpret and comprehend construction plans and documentation

Skills and Qualifications:
Our Sales Engineers are esteemed and recognized by our clients as knowledgeable advisors and effective communicators. They are natural problem solvers, passionate about the construction industry, and dedicated to building enduring relationships with clients. They are inquisitive, self-driven, and innovative individuals who consistently view challenges as opportunities. They excel in designing structural systems and can clearly articulate building concepts and ideas.

Successful candidates typically possess a minimum of 5+ years of direct experience in building material sales and/or hold degrees in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture.
