As a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer, you will play a vital role in enhancing our business operations. Collaborating closely with Account Managers, you will help establish our company as a premier integrator within various sectors, including enterprise and commercial accounts. Your ability to effectively convey the value of our solutions while addressing the specific needs of our clients will be crucial. Additionally, you will identify technological opportunities and facilitate training and knowledge sharing with both our internal teams and customers. Key Responsibilities
- Leverage your technical acumen, sales expertise, and strong customer orientation to drive revenue and achieve sales targets.
- Design and deliver engaging technical presentations and training sessions, either remotely or on-site, ensuring customers comprehend the advantages of our offerings.
- Engage actively with potential users, conducting assessments and validations to support the technical sales process.
- Configure, install, and provide support for solutions during pre-sales demonstrations and post-sales implementations.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships, becoming a trusted advisor to clients while identifying opportunities to promote our solutions.
- Bring 5 to 8 years of pre-sales, systems engineering, or administration experience in a technology-focused sales environment, demonstrating a successful history of driving customer technology adoption.
- Possess a high level of specialized knowledge in sales and product solutions, particularly in areas such as virtualization, networking, storage, and cloud fundamentals.
- Motivate and educate partners through collaborative training sessions to enhance regional revenue.
- Maintain strong relationships with technical contacts at all levels within customer organizations.
- Exhibit flexibility, reliability, and self-motivation, with the ability to quickly adapt to new products and technologies.
