Our comprehensive solutions approach has established us as innovators, recognized for groundbreaking advancements such as single VFD automated injection technology, crossflow membrane filtration and recycling, and advanced plant utility/labor information systems.

We are currently in search of a dedicated field engineer capable of designing, promoting, and supporting automated plant water systems tailored for industrial reuse applications.

Key Responsibilities

1. Utilize design software to develop P&IDs for the implementation of automated plant water systems and perform engineering calculations for system configurations.
2. Drive the sales of automated plant water systems and related automated process systems within the textile services and food processing sectors.
3. Provide customers with technical specifications, schematics, and ROI calculations for products and applications.
4. Oversee the installation and commissioning of plant water, heating, and other ancillary automated systems.
5. Offer technical support to customers for operational systems in the field.
6. Proactively identify the technical solutions necessary to meet customer application requirements, assessing both met and unmet needs.
7. Create proposals, product presentations, and other necessary documentation to secure sales contracts.

8. Regularly monitor customer engagement activities by logging them into the company's CRM software, ensuring all leads and accounts are accurately maintained.

Sales Support

Support quarterly sales growth targets within a defined product range and territory. Participate in conferences, trade shows, and other industry events, and assist in expanding product market share by collaborating with the Sales & Marketing Manager to devise effective sales strategies.

Required Skills

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and engineering design software such as AutoCad, SolidWorks, Fusion, or Matlab.
2. Ability to simplify complex topics into clear and concise explanations.
3. Strong sales acumen and information retention skills, following a defined workflow.

4. Exhibit a high level of confidence, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude, striving to exceed customer expectations.

5. Demonstrate patience, empathy, and strong listening skills to ensure customer needs are met promptly and satisfactorily.

6. Highly self-motivated with the ability to prioritize diverse responsibilities, effectively multitask, and execute tasks with minimal supervision.

7. Maintain confidentiality by handling sensitive customer information responsibly.

8. Proven track record of meeting deadlines and key performance metrics, working independently, and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Travel Requirements

Travel as necessary, with the requirement to possess a personal credit card and an available credit limit for reimbursable expenses. A valid driver's license is also necessary.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in solutions sales of industrial equipment is preferred.
3. Familiarity with boilers, cooling towers, HVAC systems, liquid pumping systems, and/or wastewater treatment systems is advantageous.
