About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Personal Assistant to join our team at At Home Care. As a key member of our organization, you will provide exceptional support to our CEO, handling a wide range of administrative tasks and responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Travel and Logistics: Travel with the CEO locally and nationally, arranging transportation, accommodations, and itineraries as needed.
  • Project Management: Complete significant projects on behalf of the company/CEO, utilizing your expertise to drive results and meet deadlines.
  • Schedule Management: Plan, coordinate, and ensure the CEO's schedule is followed and respected, providing a high level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Event Planning: Assist with hosting events, including community events and corporate functions, ensuring seamless execution and a positive experience for attendees.
  • Errands and Tasks: Perform work-related and personal errands as requested, such as going to the post office and bank, and making travel arrangements for business and personal travel.
  • Vendor Management: Research, hire, and supervise vendors and contractors for home projects, as needed, ensuring timely and cost-effective solutions.
  • Community Engagement: Manage community engagement scheduling and philanthropic interests, aligning with the company's mission and values.
  • Information Management: Capture, process, and contextualize a high volume of information, arriving across multiple channels, and track and prioritize projects and tasks across every business area and partner.
  • Communication: Interpret complex task interdependencies, reprioritizing rapidly in dynamic situations, and read, research, and route correspondence, drafting letters and documents, collecting and analyzing information, and initiating communications.
  • Independence and Attention to Detail: Work independently on projects, from conception to completion, and proofread documents for grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1-2 years of related business experience required, with a proven track record in a similar role as a personal assistant or administrative assistant.
  • Skills: Proficiency in data entry and file management systems, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and strong Microsoft Excel experience.
  • Other: Ability to work independently, maintain a flexible work schedule, and meet deadlines, with a high level of organization and attention to detail.
