  • Errands and Tasks: Perform work-related and personal errands as requested, such as going to the post office and bank, and making travel arrangements for business and personal travel.
  • Vendor Management: Research, hire, and supervise vendors and contractors for home projects, as needed, ensuring timely and cost-effective solutions.
  • Community Engagement: Manage community engagement scheduling and philanthropic interests, aligning with the company's mission and values.
  • Information Management: Capture, process, and contextualize a high volume of information, arriving across multiple channels, and track and prioritize projects and tasks across every business area and partner.
  • Communication: Interpret complex task interdependencies, reprioritizing rapidly in dynamic situations, and draft letters and documents, collect and analyze information, and initiate communications.
  • Independence and Initiative: Work independently on projects, from conception to completion, and proofread documents for grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1-2 years of related business experience required, with a proven track record in a similar role as a personal assistant or administrative assistant.
  • Skills: Proficiency in data entry and file management systems, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and strong Microsoft Excel experience.
  • Education: Other duties may be assigned as needed.
