- Team Leadership: Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including IT project managers, developers, and other stakeholders, to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Communication and Stakeholder Management: Communicate project status, progress, and issues to stakeholders, including project sponsors, customers, and team members.
- Quality Assurance and Control: Ensure that all project deliverables meet the required quality standards, and that all project activities are conducted in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Project Monitoring and Control: Monitor and control project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or deviations from the project plan.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, and a minimum of 10 years of experience in IT project management, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
- Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in leading IT infrastructure projects, with a strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall. Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with project management software, including MS Project, and experience with PMP project management methodologies.
- Personal Qualities: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including project sponsors, customers, and team members. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
