They are looking for a Senior Account Executive as a valuable new addition to their team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in healthcare advertising, as well as exceptional client services skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for multiple key accounts, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Manage a growing team of account managers, leveraging a strong technical background to provide guidance and support for junior members.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, leveraging market trends, key stakeholders, and other industry knowledge to drive business growth.
• Ensure that projects are strategically aligned, timely, and in accordance with the established budget; coordinate with relevant stakeholders to close gaps and resolve shortcomings.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and industry developments.
• Collaborate with line manager on strategic capabilities to service the brands' needs.
• Attend all client meetings and ensure accurate and timely follow-up.
Requirements:
• 2-4 years of account management experience at a pharma advertising agency is required.
• Must be able to commute to the office on a hybrid basis - 2-3 times per week.
• A bachelor's degree is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
• HCP experience is required.
