Role Responsibilities

In alignment with our growth strategy, we are looking for a proactive and organized Program Coordinator to assist in the development of a vital standardization initiative within our Global Engineering Center of Excellence.

The Program Coordinator will be instrumental in managing the comprehensive program lifecycle for our second product development, requiring a combination of technical expertise, program management proficiency, and a solutions-focused approach to ensure successful program delivery.

Key Duties
  • Lead the planning, development, and execution of multi-disciplinary projects/programs.
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments, including Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain, to align program objectives with strategic goals.
  • Facilitate cross-functional teamwork to ensure timely and budget-compliant achievement of program milestones.
  • Develop comprehensive execution plans encompassing scope, timelines, resource allocation, and budget oversight.
  • Identify and address potential bottlenecks, supporting effective resolution throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement by integrating feedback and best practices into program processes.
  • Work with technical subject matter experts to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Provide regular updates to the Engineering Center of Excellence Director and stakeholders regarding program status, challenges, and results.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Data Analytics, or a related discipline; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in program or project management, ideally within high-tech or manufacturing sectors.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional collaboration skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a high degree of initiative and accountability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with all organizational levels.
  • Organized and focused approach to program management.
  • Proficiency in program management software and reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes and battery technology is highly desirable.
  • Experience with Power BI is a plus.
  • Knowledge of IATF16949 and VDA 6.3 quality standards is beneficial; training will be provided as needed.
  • Understanding of ISO14001 environmental standards is advantageous; training will be provided as needed.

The work environment is primarily an automated manufacturing facility characterized by temperature variations, moderate noise, and forklift traffic. The individual must be able to perform essential functions in various settings, including the plant floor and meetings.
