- Work collaboratively with diverse teams to address dependencies and guarantee timely project completion.
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders and track vital program performance indicators.
- Develop comprehensive program timelines, engage with stakeholders, and facilitate discussions on trade-offs.
- Promote operational excellence and manage capacity planning effectively.
- Support IT project intake, prioritization, and strategic planning initiatives.
- At least 7 years of experience in Program Management within an Agile framework.
- Capability to lead multiple intricate programs concurrently.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and influence team dynamics.
- Experience collaborating with IT and cross-functional business units.
- Proficient in program management methodologies.
- Outstanding communication abilities and strong organizational skills.
- Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence is preferred.
- A technical background or experience in network security is advantageous.
