Position Overview:
We are on the lookout for a Lead Software Program Manager to spearhead our initiatives in the transformative realm of deep learning software.

Key Responsibilities:
Define and enhance processes within the rapidly evolving fields of machine learning and deep learning. Establish vital metrics and program timelines to assess release health, predictability, and accomplishments.

Lead with a harmonious blend of technical expertise and leadership acumen.

Engage closely with engineers on architectural discussions, possessing the depth to critically evaluate their design decisions.

Identify potential risks, formulate risk mitigation strategies, and manage ongoing risks effectively.

Deliver clear, concise, and actionable communication to senior leadership.

Collaborate with engineering, product management, and various functional teams to outline, prioritize, and execute features, infrastructure, processes, and workflows.

Plan and oversee projects focused on developing large-scale inference microservices with cross-organizational teams in a fast-paced setting.

Gain a comprehensive understanding of products, projects, and objectives while identifying domain-specific and new market application opportunities.

Take charge of critical customer technical challenges, working with multiple functional teams to drive investigations and solutions.

Conduct retrospective analyses for identified shortcomings.

Qualifications:


A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) with over 12 years of industry experience.

At least 5 years of programming experience in any modern programming language.

8+ years of Technical Program Management experience in a fast-paced environment. Proven track record of leading global projects and readiness to work flexibly across multiple time zones.

Outstanding interpersonal skills, demonstrated through the ability to convey information concisely, precisely, and with exceptional clarity.

Capacity to manage multiple tasks, swiftly switch contexts, and maintain thoroughness. Experience in influencing decisions and leading teams within a matrix structure.


Exceptional problem-solving abilities, evidenced by a history of data-driven leadership and a consistent record of implementing systematic solutions with accuracy and creativity.

Highly adept at providing clarity amidst ambiguity and autonomously delivering programs.

Strategic and tactical thinking skills, with the ability to build consensus for successful program and project outcomes.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and a detailed understanding of the software development lifecycle in enterprise systems environments.

Preferred Qualifications:


A technical background in machine learning, deep learning, open-source software, and/or GPU technology utilizing APIs such as CUDA, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.

Experience in software engineering and enterprise system architecture at scale.

Prior experience in productizing enterprise server systems and coordinating activities between hardware and software organizations.

Experience with Open Source (Python, TensorFlow, notebooks) and third-party open-source software suites.

Experience managing large-scale MLOps, DevOps, and CI/CD infrastructure tooling projects, successfully delivering production software through these channels.


Driven to continuously enhance the product from the customer experience perspective, replicating and testing customer scenarios to ensure quality before delivery.

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
