Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Executive to join our team at Novelis. This role will involve collaborating with our Commercial Excellence team to drive business growth and improve sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify business opportunities and trends
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales plans and initiatives
  • Manage and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales performance
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of sales and marketing experience
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving sales performance
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
