About the Role

Carnival Cruise Lines is seeking a highly skilled Employee Experience Specialist to join our team. As an Employee Experience Specialist, you will play a critical role in enhancing the overall experience of our employees, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment, and driving employee engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Employee Experience: Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to enhance the employee experience, including employee recognition programs, employee engagement initiatives, and employee welfare programs.
  • Employee Communication: Assist in responding to employee queries, facilitating effective employee engagement and support, and collaborating with the HR team to develop and implement various initiatives to diversify communication channels with employees.
  • Employee Benefits: Oversee the implementation of employee benefits programs aimed at promoting the well-being, retention, and reputation of Carnival Cruise Lines as an Employer of Choice.
  • Culture Essentials: Support the HR management team in developing and implementing initiatives to ingrain culture essentials into the fabric of the Carnival Cruise Lines work environment.
  • HR Analytics: Utilize HR metrics to anticipate and address potential challenges to Carnival Cruise Lines business operations, ensuring proactive management of workforce data and trends.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Management
  • Experience: 3-4 years of experience in Human Resources or Shipboard Operations
  • Skills: Operational knowledge of a casino environment, proficiency with MS Office suite, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
