Human Resources & Payroll Administrator
This role integrates human resources and payroll functions, requiring expertise in payroll processing, onboarding, employee relations, and training initiatives. The Human Resources & Payroll Administrator will handle a diverse range of tasks, ensuring the HR department operates efficiently to support the organization's goals.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Payroll Management: Administer and process payroll bi-monthly, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Handle payroll discrepancies, manage salary data, maintain timesheets, and oversee W-2 forms. Generate payroll reports for regular assessments.
- HR Functions: Lead onboarding and offboarding processes, conduct exit interviews, and manage employee records. Support recruitment efforts, address HR-related employee inquiries, implement HR policies, and facilitate performance reviews and career development plans.
- Training & Development: Head the Educational Task Force to assess training needs, coordinate with vendors to provide engaging training sessions, and ensure thorough training records are maintained.
- Employee Engagement & Relations: Organize company events and initiatives to promote a positive and inclusive workplace environment.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in human resources.
- Proven background in payroll administration.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of HRIS systems like ADP is advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities.
