Duties:

- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interview coordination, and candidate selection.

- Oversee payroll and ensure accurate and timely processing of employee compensation.

- Analyze and manage labor costs, including overtime, bonuses, and other forms of compensation..

- Investigate and resolve employee complaints and issues.

- Maintain compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.

- Utilize HR software, ADP, to track employee work hours and time off.


Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience in an HR role, with a focus on benefits administration and payroll management.

- Experience with ADP payroll

- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, including tax and accounting principles.

- Experience with accounting software such as Ceridian.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
