Job Title: Partner Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Partner Marketing Manager to join our team in North America. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a best-in-class partner marketing strategy that drives growth and revenue for our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and drive the marketing strategy across our growing North America partner portfolio
  • Develop partner enablement resources to ensure successful, structured ways of working with partners
  • Ensure monthly campaigns are delivered implementing best practice, test outcomes and regional insights for optimal results
  • Track and analyze partner campaign performance, identifying areas for optimization
  • Work with commercial teams (partnerships and growth) to ensure the marketing approach is closely aligned to commercial goals
  • Proactively seek out opportunities for improvement. Sell these into partners and get their buy in, spearheading new initiatives
  • Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with partners
  • Gather region specific customer insights and apply these across the North America portfolio to improve marketing efficacy
Requirements:
  • Experience working on multiple marketing campaigns simultaneously
  • Experience in partnership management, key account, brand management or an agency role will be hugely beneficial
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple campaigns at a time
  • Great presentation and storytelling skills. Influencing both partners and internal stakeholders is a big part of the role
  • A drive to get things done. As a business we have a lot of opportunities. You'll do well in this role if you grab some of them
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
