Job Overview:
The Key Partner Manager will oversee a team of Key Partner Consultants and collaborate with cross-functional Subject Matter Experts to achieve business objectives and enhance operational efficiency for Key Partners within the company's OEM channel.
This role emphasizes revenue generation, management of ongoing operations, initiation of strategic projects, and execution of significant initiatives. The Key Partner Manager works closely with various departments to create and implement programs that ensure mutual success for both Key Partners and Safe-Guard.
Job Responsibilities:
Support the Key Partner Leader in formulating medium- and long-term strategies aimed at increasing the adoption and penetration of company products, services, and solutions to enhance revenue for both partners and the company.
Proactively evaluate and analyze program data and processes to pinpoint challenges that hinder productivity, efficiency, quality, and service delivery.
Establish processes and initiatives throughout the organization that promote revenue growth and deliver a high-quality customer service experience for Key Partners.
Examine and interpret operational metrics, KPIs, reports, external data, and market trends to uncover and create collaborative opportunities for growth and customer retention.

Essential Functions:
Build strong relationships with mid and senior-level Key Partner personnel to encourage product adoption, enhance product penetration, and stimulate new product development to increase account profitability.
Conduct monthly and quarterly business reviews, collaborating with key partners at the senior management level to meet shared business goals.
Assess performance against objectives and provide forecasts to leadership as necessary.
Coordinate with external teams to understand business goals and strategies, assisting in prioritizing tasks to achieve mutual objectives.
Collaborate with Claims Operations and Risk Management teams to evaluate overall program performance and identify action plans that align with business objectives.
Organize internal resources to deliver business solutions, reporting and analytics, and accounting services to client management.
Provide leadership, coaching, training, and development to an internal team of Key Partner support personnel; effectively lead a diverse team to achieve results.
Exhibit critical thinking skills to devise dynamic business strategies.
Drive overall Key Partner retention and profitability.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Technology, Operations Management, or a related field
5+ years of proven expertise in Key Account Partner Relationship Management
3+ years of prior leadership experience managing a team focused on Key Accounts/Key Partner relationship management.
Knowledge of standard systems and subject matter expertise in one or more operational areas, such as claims adjudication, Dealer onboarding operations, Retail Dealer Finance and Insurance operations, menu systems; F&I third-party administration, Automotive OEM Financial Services, or Retail F&I operations.
Business acumen:
ability to forecast with accurate data analysis
Proven ability to leverage internal and external resources to achieve objectives
Excellent written and verbal communication skills: demonstrated ability to deliver precise and well-organized presentations; proven capability to communicate effectively with various organizational levels.
Entrepreneurial spirit, self-starter, proactive, with a proven track record of sales success
Flexible schedule with the ability to travel an average of 35% of the time.
