About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Director of Channel Marketing to lead our partner marketing efforts and drive business growth through our extensive network of channel partners.

This pivotal role will be instrumental in shaping our go-to-market strategy, building and guiding a high-performing team, and crafting innovative marketing campaigns that fuel partner-generated pipeline.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute end-to-end channel marketing strategies that drive partner recruitment, brand awareness, and demand generation.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing partner marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Enhance ongoing communication to partners through newsletters, social media, webinars, events, and other channels, keeping them informed and engaged with our partner value proposition, vision, and offerings.
  • Work with top strategic partners to build and execute marketing plans tailored to their GTM and our joint value proposition.
  • Own and drive the strategy, planning, and execution of partner marketing development funds (MDF), ensuring effective use of resources to maximize impact and ROI.
  • Build in-a-box demand generation programs that enable regional partner marketing and sales teams to execute at scale, optimizing based on ROI.
  • Act as the voice of our partners both internally and externally, championing our Partner vision, mission, and purpose across the organization and in the market.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of developing and executing end-to-end channel marketing strategies that drive partner recruitment, brand awareness, and demand generation.
  • 12+ years of demonstrated experience in Partner Marketing within a SaaS/Technology company.
  • Experience working within a cross-functional, global organization, with a strong ability to collaborate and influence at all levels.
  • Passion for partners and a deep understanding of the channel ecosystem.
  • Confidence in managing large budgets and making data-driven decisions to optimize spend.
What We Offer

At Zoom, we offer a competitive salary range of $173,900.00 to $380,500.00, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including a location-based compensation structure.
