Work Schedule: Day Shift, 7:00 am - 5:00 pm

Position Location: This role can be performed from various DFC offices.

Role Summary:

  • The designated territory will initially cover Minnesota, with a focus on proactive lead generation, and may evolve over time.
  • Travel is an essential component of this position.
  • Establish and nurture sales relationships with both vendors and clients.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies aimed at expanding the customer base and increasing revenue.
  • Identify potential leads and convert them into loyal customers through diligent research and outreach.
  • Consistently meet and surpass sales targets and objectives.
  • Oversee inventory management and transaction processes.
  • Handle invoicing and manage accounts receivable effectively.
  • Promote retail sales and prepare product estimates.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth order processing and management.
  • Prepare shipping estimates and coordinate logistics for freight.
  • Manage contracts with customers and suppliers.
  • Participate in trade shows and conventions, representing the company.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • A degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, Construction Management, or a related field from an accredited institution is preferred.
  • A minimum of five years of relevant experience is advantageous.
  • Experience within the industry is essential for consideration.
