Position Overview:
As a Client Relationship Manager, you will play a pivotal role in cultivating enduring partnerships with producers, ensuring the stability of supply chains essential for sustainably nourishing the growing global population.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Foster and sustain relationships with producer accounts.
  • Secure grain procurement from producers within your designated area.
  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of client operations concerning grain marketing and logistics, identifying local market opportunities and tailored risk management solutions.
  • Spot cross-selling prospects within ADM's extensive offerings to enhance producer benefits.
  • Collaborate closely with the Climate Smart team to implement regenerative agriculture and sustainability initiatives.
  • Formulate market insights to guide producers on potential market opportunities.
  • Build positive, collaborative relationships with colleagues across various divisions.
  • Coordinate with accounting and administrative teams to ensure precise contract management and accounting.
  • Communicate competitive advantages and challenges to key internal stakeholders to support ADM's growth.
  • Act as a Peer Leader to achieve regional producer origination goals.
  • Willingness to work remotely while traveling 50-75% within the region.

  • Basic understanding of grain markets and production agriculture.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in business or agriculture.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across various organizational levels.
  • Strong organizational and time-management capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook and Teams.
