In your role as a Client Support Specialist, you will play a crucial part in maintaining operational flow by assisting managers and supervisors with the organization of warehouse tasks, which includes inventory management, generating packaging slips and reports, and processing customer orders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate workload distribution among warehouse personnel, material handlers, and drivers
  • Prepare work orders; troubleshoot orders and resolve discrepancies as necessary
  • Assign and release orders designated for loading and unloading
  • Research and allocate inventory for orders
  • Input data for inbound and/or outbound shipments into the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and generate bills of lading (BOLs)
  • Maintain and produce necessary reports
  • Process, audit, and file various documentation

Qualifications for Success at GXO:
Minimum Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Effective communication skills with carriers, customers, employees, and management
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule as needed
  • 1 year of experience in customer service
  • 6 months of experience in a warehouse environment
