Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team at Peckham. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional phone-based support to our government customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather information to determine customer needs and resolve inquiries effectively
  • Apply problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues
  • Access knowledge base to provide accurate information to customers
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Ability to obtain a security clearance
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
