Role Overview:

The Bilingual Customer Service Representative plays a crucial role in managing a variety of incoming inquiries from our customers regarding their Intoxalock ignition interlock devices. The primary goal of this position is to ensure one-call resolution while educating customers about their IID requirements and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently handle a high volume of incoming calls.
  • Identify and evaluate customer needs to ensure satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate and comprehensive information using appropriate tools and methods.
  • Process customer payments as necessary.
  • Address customer complaints, offering suitable solutions and alternatives.
  • Maintain precise records of customer interactions.
  • Adhere to communication protocols, guidelines, and policies.
  • Ensure an exceptional customer experience.
  • Promote the latest products and services.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Candidate Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).
  • Typing speed of 30+ words per minute.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in problem-solving and conflict resolution.
  • Strong phone handling abilities and active listening skills.
