POSITION SUMMARY

The role involves providing comprehensive inbound and outbound support within our service center, facilitating communication between member services and clients through phone interactions, customer service, surveys, and appointment scheduling. As a Bilingual Customer Support Associate, you will engage with our insurance members, address their concerns, and assist them in accessing necessary solutions to maintain a dignified quality of life.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Exhibit a positive and professional demeanor while delivering customer service, ensuring respect for all clients.
  • Collaborate effectively within a team to achieve favorable outcomes for patients.
  • Contribute to problem-solving efforts and establish realistic goals.
  • Communicate professionally and effectively with clients, families, and team members to ensure seamless care.
  • Uphold patient confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Handle incoming calls regarding service inquiries.
  • Conduct outgoing calls related to observations, missed visits, discharges, and satisfaction surveys.
  • Schedule appointments and manage service requests.
  • Complete follow-up calls for hospital discharges and satisfaction assessments.
  • Conduct Health Risk Assessments with members.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA guidelines.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Spanish is mandatory.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational abilities with multitasking skills.
  • Capability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Associate degree is preferred.
